General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between AY Synergy AG and its customers. (TODO: to be reviewed by a legal professional.)

1. Scope

These GTC apply to all offers, deliveries and services of AY Synergy AG, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Offer and conclusion of contract

Offers are non-binding. A contract is concluded upon written order confirmation or the start of execution.

3. Prices and payment

The prices stated in the offer apply in Swiss francs (CHF), plus statutory VAT.

4. Delivery and execution

Delivery and execution dates are given to the best of our knowledge. Delays due to force majeure do not give rise to any claim for damages.

5. Warranty

We warrant execution in accordance with the recognised rules of technology. Defects must be reported in writing without delay.

6. Liability

Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, insofar as legally permissible.

7. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of AY Synergy AG in Ebmatingen.
